REFUND POLICY
Eligibility- Refund requests must be made within thirty (30) days from the date of invoice or completion of the specific service milestone, whichever comes first.
- Only services that have not been delivered in full or projects where deliverables did not meet specified requirements are eligible.
- Fulfilled work (e.g., knowledge transfer, completed software modules, installations, consulting sessions) is generally not eligible unless otherwise agreed.
- Requests must be submitted in writing to the official support or account management email with details of the engagement, invoice number, and reason for the refund.
- Additional follow-up information may be requested to process refunds efficiently.
- Qubicle Innovations Pvt Ltd will review all refund requests according to the engagement documentation and service level agreement.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within twenty-one (21) days of approval.
- Custom development work, software installations, or delivered consulting hours may not be eligible for refunds once accepted by the Client or if work has commenced and is based on the agreed scope.
- No refunds are provided for completed services unless explicitly mentioned in the deliverable review agreement.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
- No Physical Shipping. Qubicle provides IT consultancy and software development services only. We do not sell or ship physical goods, hardware, or media.
- Mode of Delivery. Deliverables (source code, builds, documentation, configurations) are provided electronically via secure repositories (e.g., Git), secure file transfer, or deployment to Client’s environments as specified in the SOW.
- Delivery Timelines. Delivery occurs in accordance with the milestones/sprint cadences in the applicable SOW and the UAT/acceptance process
- Third‑Party Items. Any hardware or third‑party products procured by Client are governed by the third party’s shipping and delivery terms. Qubicle is not responsible for courier logistics, customs, or physical delivery of third‑party goods.
- Risk & Title. As Deliverables are intangible and delivered electronically, title and risk considerations apply per §7 and are tied to acceptance/payment milestones rather than physical shipment.
